Digital Client Onboarding, file assessment, electronic signature, funds payments, monthly management, douteux flow, interfaces with T24, APIs, workflows, integration with external third-party IT systems (EDM, loan management, funds transfer, bank cheques emission, credit insurance, debtor and doubtful debtor management, litigation)

Program Manager « Division Assurance » (3 years program – 5 streams):
1. Development/adaptation of the IT Application to the new pension plan (40’000 insured state employees)
