ProActys or our partners are responsible for handling the contracting and invoicing processes for contractors. They take charge of payrolling, managing time sheets, and overseeing the invoicing process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
The costs associated with the services of the payroll company are included in the 20% margin that we apply on top of the contractor rate. There are no additional costs involved, neither for the client nor for the contractor.
If you’re interested in converting a contractor to a full-time employee, you’re free to do so after a 6-month engagement period. As long as the contractor agrees to this arrangement, you can transition them to permanent employment without incurring any additional commission fees. It’s that simple!
