Early Adopter – digitaler Kenner – Prozess-Architekt: Seit vielen Jahren verantworte ich digitale Kundenprojekte im In- und Ausland, zumeist in den Branchen Krankenversicherung, Service, Retail und Wohnungsbau. Von der strategischen Beratung in den Bereichen: digitale Kommunikationsprozesse im Sales und Marketing, digitale Markenführung und digitale Strategie, bis hin zur Projektführung von komplexen CRM- und CMS-Projekten, – hier fühle ich mich Zuhause.

Ebenso kann ich auf eine ausgiebige Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären Teams und die Einführung und Umsetzung von Change-Prozessen zurückblicken. Die Einführung von digitalen Prozessen braucht immer auch die Akzeptanz der Mitarbeiter. Hierbei kann ich Organisationen gern bei der Auswahl und Implementierung unterstützen.

Meine Erfahrung und Learnings gebe ich als Dozent für neue digitale Kommunikation, digitales Projektmanagement, Digitale Transformation und Digitales Marketing an Unternehmen, Universitäten und Bildungsträger weiter.

Early adopter – digital connoisseur – process architect: For many years, I have been responsible for digital customer projects in Germany and abroad, mostly in the health insurance, service, retail and housing industries. From strategic consulting in the areas of: digital communication processes in sales and marketing, digital brand management and digital strategy, to project management of complex CRM and CMS projects, – this is where I feel at home.

Likewise, I can look back on extensive experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and the introduction and implementation of change processes. The introduction of digital processes always needs the acceptance of the employees. In this regard, I can gladly support organizations in the selection and implementation.
