At the start of the project, the parent company in Luxembourg offered its direct customers as well as the customers of its partner banks (the Volks-/Raiffeisenbanken) a fully comprehensive online banking (OB) and electronic mail box (EMB), which also had to be introduced at the Swiss subsidiary. - Managed the project EMB from A-Z, which included planning, resourcing, implementation, test management and roll-out.
- Analysed and formulated the requirements for the electronic mailbox and the documents to be delivered by various departments and experts.
- Coordinated the implementation "semi-agile" due to the status transition to agile development in the company.
- Organised the test management by setting up a functioning test environment with relevant test data in the complex, heterogeneous environment and worked together with IT stakeholders from various departments for this purpose.
- Led the implementation of the new OB for CH, taking 70-80% of the requirements from the parent company's application in LU, and was responsible for the remaining requirements, the overall testing and implementation.
- Was responsible for the implementation in both projects, taking into account legal aspects and form changes, as well as the communication to stakeholders.
- Was responsible for compliance and reformulation of the SLAs of both applications.
- Prepared data as a proof of concept from four different sources (Olympic, Legacy and new Online Banking, CMC) and merged them into one data warehouse to analyse and clean up OB data flows. Prepared data for bulk mailing (mostly of regulatory issues).
